Raised in a traditional South Asian household, Sabreena travelled regularly to Pakistan as a young girl.  It was there that she was introduced to the modern practice of her ancestral customs and traditions, apprenticing under the guidance of her aunties and Pakistani community.  At the age of twelve she recognized her growing skill as a beautiful and vibrant way to share her culture with others, and in the years to come would learn to mix her own paste, develop a steady and methodical hand, and become known for her inclusive and innovative vision for the future of her craft.

Constantly evolving and taking on new challenges as an artist and creator, Sabreena has become the favorite international choice for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Her practice is rooted in passion for service, investment in community, and appreciation for the many beautiful cultures and rituals that guide and inspire her.

In 2019, that journey expanded when Sabreena picked up her first tattoo machine. After apprenticing at Gold Leaf Ink and tattooing at 24th Street Studio in San Francisco, she has since built a thriving private practice—while still guesting in Brooklyn and Chicago when she craves the creative energy of other artists.
